Requirements

College graduate preferred
Leadership experience in any industry is a plus
Automotive experience is not required
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Service Advisors
Coach team members daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Create a positive, high-energy work environment
Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Help develop team members both personally and professionally
Monitor daily performance and coach for continuous improvement
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and urgency
Work closely with service technicians and dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience
