About The Position

Tooele Motor Company is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Service Drive Porter to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and being an important part of delivering an outstanding dealership experience. As a Service Drive Porter, you’ll be one of the first people our guests meet. Your professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment while supporting our Service Advisors and Technicians.

Requirements

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
Ability to safely operate automatic transmission vehicles (manual transmission experience is a plus)
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Previous customer service or automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet service guests with a friendly and professional attitude
Welcome customers and assist with directing them upon arrival
Safely move customer vehicles between the service drive, parking areas, and service department
Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional service drive
Keep the service drive, customer waiting areas, and parking lots clean and presentable
Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with daily operations
Shuttle customer and dealership vehicles as needed
Perform vehicle inspections for cleanliness and damage when appropriate
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction
Support the dealership team wherever needed to ensure an outstanding guest experience
