Requirements
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in sensitive situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Attention to detail, organizing, and planning skills.
- Proven track record in customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a personal computer, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

- CDK system experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign daily work objectives for service consultants.
- Monitor performance and counsel service consultants on behavioral or performance issues.
- Train, coach, supervise, and assist service consultants.
- Assist in the service reception during peak traffic times by greeting customers promptly and courteously to gather customer and vehicle information.
- Maintain all necessary supplies for the service drive operations.
- Communicate with team leaders to track job statuses.
- Review the open repair order report daily and resolve any orders extending beyond the current week's business.
- Collaborate with all dealership personnel to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Perform quality inspections on vehicles before returning them to customers.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with service work.
- Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, including those concerning hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
- Follow company safety procedures to prevent exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals.
