About The Position

George Gee Cadillac Kia is seeking a Service Drive Manager to oversee daily operations of the service drive, ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting service advisors, technicians, and dealership leadership. Requirements

• Previous automotive service management or service advisor leadership experience
• Strong understanding of dealership service operations and fixed operations metrics
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dealership management systems and service software
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

• Experience with Cadillac, Kia, or other OEM dealership operations
• Knowledge of service drive best practices and customer retention strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the service drive
• Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors to maximize performance
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor repair order flow and service scheduling efficiency
• Assist customers with escalated service concerns and resolutions
• Drive sales and service department profitability through effective processes
• Maintain manufacturer and dealership service standards
• Collaborate with technicians, parts personnel, and dealership leadership
• Track key performance indicators including CSI, sales, gross profit, and advisor productivity
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the service department
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
