About The Position

Kendall Toyota of Bend is hiring for a Service Drive Manager to join their service team. This role involves working directly with service department staff to ensure shop productivity, department growth, and employee adherence to Kendall and manufacturer policies and procedures. The Service Drive Manager will also ensure proper warranty procedures, billing and collections, and develop, supervise, and review marketing efforts for the department. The ideal candidate will have a history of superior CSI, the proven ability to expand department sales, and the ability to motivate staff and assist with all department processes. Kendall Auto Group is a family-owned and operated company with dealerships across multiple states, known for its commitment to customer experience and community stewardship.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a large shop or dealership setting.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Required schedule includes some evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver license.
  • Good driving record.
