About The Position

Kendall Toyota of Bend is hiring for a Service Drive Manager to join their service team. This role involves working directly with service department staff to ensure shop productivity, department growth, and employee adherence to Kendall and manufacturer policies and procedures. The Service Drive Manager will also ensure proper warranty procedures, billing and collections, and develop, supervise, and review marketing efforts for the department. The company is a family-owned and operated business with dealerships across multiple states, emphasizing customer experience and community stewardship.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years work experience in a large shop or dealership setting
  • Previous management experience
  • Valid driver license
  • Good driving record
