About The Position

Elko Motor Company is seeking a customer-focused, team-driven leader to join their growing team as an Automotive Service Drive Manager. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service lane, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting a growing environment and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Typically 2–3+ years in a service management or senior service advisor role in a dealership.
  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of automotive service processes, parts, and equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Empathy and communication skills to build trust and retain customers.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the service drive (service lane) to ensure timely vehicle turnover, proper scheduling, and efficient workflow.
  • Hire, train, and motivate service staff, including technicians, advisors, and support personnel, to meet business and customer expectations.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and handle customer concerns promptly.
  • Enforce adherence to government regulations, service standards, and safety protocols.
  • Liaise between service advisors, technicians, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
  • Track service metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and profitability goals.
