About The Position

We’re looking for a personable, driven professional to join our team as a Service Drive Client Advisor—a unique role that connects our Service and Sales experiences. This position is designed for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping clients make smart decisions about their next vehicle—right at the moment it matters most. You’ll be working with active BMW and MINI owners already in our dealership , creating meaningful conversations that lead to natural upgrade opportunities.

Requirements

  • A natural communicator who enjoys talking with people
  • Someone who can build trust quickly and authentically
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations
  • Team-first attitude with a focus on the client experience

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients during their service visits in a friendly, professional way
  • Identify opportunities for clients to upgrade, trade, or explore new options
  • Provide guidance based on vehicle needs, equity position, and lifestyle changes
  • Introduce clients to the Sales Team when the timing is right
  • Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and Client Advisors
  • Deliver a seamless, premium experience from service lane to showroom
  • Maintain organized follow-up and CRM notes
