Service Dispatcher / Internal Service Advisor - Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County
About The Position
You play a critical part in ensuring that our Service department runs smoothly. You analyze the day's schedule and see what types of vehicles and their respective repairs are on the docket. In this position, you do not frequently interact with external clients of the dealership - rather, your customers are our employees, the Service Technicians. They count on you to distribute work appropriately and efficiently. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Prior dealership / automotive experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze the day's schedule to determine vehicle types and respective repairs.
- Distribute work appropriately and efficiently to Service Technicians.
- Ensure the Service department runs smoothly.
