Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the service department to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement service policies and procedures.
Maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training of service technicians and staff.
Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to measure service department performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to maximize overall dealership success.
