Superior Rigging and Erecting is seeking a Service Desk Technician to support day-to-day technology operations for office personnel, field employees, transportation operations, and operational leadership. This role is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting user issues, supporting Microsoft 365 environments, assisting with Azure Active Directory administration, configuring devices, and helping maintain operational technology systems. This position requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, responsiveness, and the ability to support employees across both office and field environments. This position reports to the Information Technology leadership team. This position requires the candidate to be in office, it is not a remote or hybrid role. Will occasionally travel to other locations.
