About The Position

This role involves the installation, support, and administration of Windows desktops, laptops, and applications on the Windows platform. The technician will be responsible for resolving various technical problems and providing service desk phone coverage as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and attention to detail
  • A good understanding of the Windows desktop operating system
  • A good understanding of desktop hardware
  • A good understanding of TCP/IP protocol

Nice To Haves

  • BS or BA in Computer Science or related field
  • 1 - 2 years working experience in a networked environment
