This role offers a blend of help desk and field work, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and direct client interaction rather than a fully desk-bound position. You’ll support a diverse client base across multiple industries, requiring adaptability, technical curiosity, and strong communication skills. This role is primarily onsite, with occasional remote flexibility.
