About The Position

Full Visibility is seeking a Service Desk Support Senior, located in Winchester, VA or Washington, DC and is a Hybrid Role. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for this position will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinations based on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain and maintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of their employment.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Service Desk Support.
• Active Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to telephone calls, emails and personal requests for technical support.
• Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
