About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining IT asset inventory, processing IT equipment, and providing support for IT peripherals. The analyst will also serve as backup support for the Level 1 IT Service Desk.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support or related experience.
  • IT Support education or training.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IT asset and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT asset inventory records.
  • Receive, track, ship, and process IT equipment.
  • Handle equipment salvage and secure hard drive disposal.
  • Pack/unpack equipment and prepare shipments to various locations.
  • Deliver and collect IT equipment from internal departments/sites.
  • Fulfill ServiceNow requests for IT peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice, cables, etc.).
  • Reconcile inventory records daily and perform weekly inventory audits.
  • Serve as backup support for Level 1 IT Service Desk.
