This position is responsible for providing a large, diversified clientele with outstanding customer service by performing the day-to-day administrative, cafe and reception functions of a large exercise facility while successfully administering all service desk operations. Service desk staff is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to existing members and guest ensuring retention and growth. Provides superior service to members and prospects in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. This includes performing all job functions at an exceptional level and adhering to established areas of accountability.
