About The Position

The IT Service Desk Specialist provides support to companies in the Network and end-users who experience technical issues relating to IT equipment and applications.

Requirements

  • Associate's or currently enrolled to obtain a Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree in Information Technology.
  • Currently enrolled to obtain IT certifications.
  • Spanish (Required)
  • English (Required)
  • Ability to Commute: Doral, FL 33122 (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Assess technical problems presented by users and determine the best course of action to provide timely and appropriate support.
  • Provide technical service to systems hardware, software, operating systems, applications, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including network and user details, to ensure consistency of information and solve recurring problems.
