About The Position

Dow Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Service Desk Representative. This role is for a customer service professional who is ready for better hours, with a starting pay of $15.50 an hour. The Service Desk Representative is responsible for greeting and assisting employees, members, and visitors, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring the experience is positive, friendly, and prompt.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Up to six months of experience in customer service required

Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming, friendly environment by assisting those entering our branch, this would include helping with basic questions and providing directions.
• Maintains member interaction logs, alerting departments of requests/inquiries.
• Reviews the requests to ensure members are being cared for in a timely manner.
• Communicates with members to establish their need and directs to appropriate department.
• Answers and assists members with general questions and inquiries such as ATM assistance, coin machine, bill pay, web banking, shred bin etc.
• Direct and assist in emergency situations, completing necessary paperwork during and after an emergency.
• Aids those seeking information for Retirement and Investment Center and Liberty Mutual, up to and including working the suite as an alternate representative.
• Maintains visitor badges/ logs, door count, and AED machine log.
