About The Position

Documents new or updates triage information, processes, and procedures in internal Knowledge Base. Audits existing KB articles for relevance and format consistency. Archiving or removing outdated or redundant materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. Track content usage and performance. Identify gaps or duplication. Recommend improvements to structure, workflows, or strategy.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar degree.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Cloud solutions.
  • Moderate to expert level of knowledge of Visual Basics, Sharepoint, Power Apps, JSON, or basic coding.
