About The Position

An IT Service Desk Intern will learn how to provide first call case resolution, case triage, escalations, and high levels of customer service. Processes internal service requests and incident cases for all technology domains. Learn to troubleshoot issues directly with users in a professional manner. Support a Team of Go-Getters Responsible for end-user support, laptop management, and software troubleshooting. Are you the right fit? Are you interested in learning more about IT? What you will contribute: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Document and track issues via case management to maintain records for future reference. Communicate technical information in a clear manner. Assist in administration of IT infrastructure. Assist in routine maintenance tasks, such as PC distribution. Additional tasks as directed by manager.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program.
  • Interest in IT, troubleshooting, and customer service.
  • An astute and perceptive approach to handling a variety of troubleshooting and customer service situations.
  • Basic wireless networking knowledge.
