PCI is seeking a Service Desk & Facilities Lead who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has IT service desk experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach. This role requires someone to be in Southern NV with a reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm PST, with an on-call rotation of 1 week every 4 weeks. The work setting is in-office.
