Requirements

Customer service experience
Sales (supporting and recommending products and services to guests) experience
Experience maintaining organized product displays and stocked retail shelves
Experience in handling phone systems
Ability to manage cash and balance cash drawers
Friendly personality
Good organization and communication skills
Passion for the beauty industry, honesty, and professionalism
Basic computer and software skills
Ability to stand, walk, perform repetitive motions, and spend time at a computer screen

Responsibilities

Greet and accommodate guests who call, text, or enter the school, making a memorable first impression every day.
Assist and mentor Future Professionals as they observe and learn the systems required for a smooth guest service experience, from check-in to check-out.
Handle phone systems.
Manage cash drawers.
Schedule guest appointments.
Support a positive learning environment for all who enter our campus.
