About The Position

Paul Mitchell The School Temecula is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. Our Service Desk is the first impression of our school and plays an important role in creating an extraordinary experience for our service guests, Future Professionals, prospective students, and team members. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, people-focused environment. The right person for this role is kind, welcoming, organized, and professional. They are also a self-starter who can recognize what needs attention, take initiative, and follow through without needing constant direction. As a Service Desk Coordinator, you will help support the day-to-day flow of our clinic classroom and guest experience. This includes welcoming guests, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking guests in and out, supporting retail and product recommendations, maintaining accurate records, assisting with inventory, and helping address guest concerns. Because our Service Desk works closely with both students and team members, professionalism and discretion are especially important in this role. We are looking for someone who communicates positively, handles sensitive information appropriately, avoids becoming involved in workplace conflict, and knows when to involve leadership for additional support.
