The IT Service Desk Associate provides first-level technical support to end users while gaining hands-on experience in IT operations. This role supports day-to-day IT service desk activities including device setup, troubleshooting, documentation, conference room support, and inventory management. The apprentice will also assist with process improvements and basic automation initiatives, gaining exposure to modern IT tools, cloud technologies, and service management workflows. The ideal candidate will have an anticipated graduation date of May 2028 and be able to work part-time (20-28 hours per week) while taking classes. During breaks from school, the intern may work a fulltime schedule.
