This role is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion, focusing on bringing Service Desk Operations back in-house. The Service Desk Analyst will provide first-level phone, email, and chat support for all end-user issues, utilizing the ServiceNow ticketing system. Key responsibilities include addressing issues related to O365 migration, access requests, Microsoft problems, break/fix scenarios, and SAP issues. This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate seeking to gain experience with a global company or for those with prior service desk analyst experience in an enterprise environment. Experience with O365 and Active Directory is highly desirable.
