About The Position

This role involves resolving incidents and more complex work orders for IT Users remotely through all intake methods. The analyst will also assist Incident Management and the EOC with notification and resolution during system/application outages, and resolve work orders following documented steps and training. Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices and procedures
