About The Position

We are seeking a Service Design & Transition Manager for the CSES contract. The Service Design & Transition Manager is accountable for designing services for utility and warranty and for transitioning services and work packages into production with minimal impact to service operations and the user community. This role manages service design and transition activities across CCS Government lines of authority and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Experience managing service transition service lines in a cross-functional environment with requirements of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Must meet applicable DoD 8140 cyberspace workforce qualification requirements for the assigned work role, including an approved baseline certification equivalent to IAM Level I or IAT Level I.
ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, or current equivalent ITIL 4 role-aligned certification; related modules/exams should be stated.
Agile certification
Bachelor’s in IT, Systems Engineering, or related field or additional 4 years' experience in lieu
Secret Clearance
U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities

Lead service design activities that define utility, warranty, operational readiness, service requirements, and customer/user impacts.
Manage transition of services, work packages, and changes into production with minimal service disruption.
Coordinate transition dependencies across change, release/deployment, testing, configuration, service desk, desk-side support, security, and customer engagement teams.
Ensure service design and transition practices are documented, governed, measured, and aligned with ITSM and customer requirements.
Identify and implement service transition improvements that increase quality, reduce production risk, and improve user experience.
Work across CCS lines of authority to remove handoff gaps and ensure end-to-end service delivery readiness.
