About The Position

The Service Porter plays a critical role in supporting our Service Department by ensuring customer vehicles, dealership facilities, and inventory are maintained to the highest standards. This position helps create an exceptional experience for every customer while assisting Service Advisors, Technicians, and management with the daily flow of operations.

Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Drive customer vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas safely and efficiently.
Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle movement and daily operations.
Wash and clean customer vehicles, including interior and exterior cleaning as needed.
Transport customers to and from the dealership.
Deliver customer vehicles when requested.
Inspect loaner vehicles upon return and document any damage or concerns.
Inspect new vehicle deliveries from transport companies and report any issues.
Maintain the appearance and organization of the service drive, parking lots, and customer areas.
Clean driveways and sidewalks and assist with snow and debris removal.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
