About The Position

We are looking for a Service Department Lead to come join the 4Wall team! While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for the more in-depth repair of all company owned lighting and AV equipment, as well as all customer repairs. In addition, they are also responsible for providing technical support to customers as needed, implementing software updates when required and working with the Purchasing Department on replacement part orders.

Requirements

• Experience in A/V & Entertainment Lighting industry
• Experience in the repair of equipment manufactured by vendors such as ETC, Vari-lite, Martin, GrandMA, etc.
• Technical/electronic training and/or experience
• Good computer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot lighting and AV equipment repair issues
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• In-depth repair of all company owned lighting and AV equipment
• Repair of customer equipment
• Providing technical support to customers
