Must be able to adhere to onsite schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET.

Responsibilities

Coordinating vendor services, preventative maintenance scheduling, parts ordering, purchase requests, and follow-up on quotes, deliveries, and repairs.
Managing service work orders, ensuring required documentation is complete, tracking open activities, and supporting work order closure.
Supporting inventory and asset management activities, including equipment registrations, database updates, asset additions/deletions, and audit readiness.
Providing administrative support for reporting, customer requests, vendor coordination, work order follow-up, and operational activities supporting the site lead and area service manager.
Supporting billing and financial activities, including invoice verification, purchase order tracking, billable event documentation, reconciliation support, and follow-up with internal finance teams.
