About The Position

The GUS Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery in a dynamic environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers to understand operational forecasts, and ensuring seamless execution and business performance. The manager will lead operational planning, allocate resources effectively, maintain quality standards, and manage performance while driving operational efficiency and supporting team development.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience in operations, services, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Good understanding of service delivery, operations planning, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end execution of field service operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of ALS services to customers.
  • Owning job execution, field performance, and operational P&L, while coordinating across sales, engineering, supply chain, and field teams.
  • Ensuring all activities are conducted in line with company non-negotiables and cultural pillars.
  • Collaborating with sales and commercial teams and interacting with customers to understand activity forecasts, volume, and complexity.
  • Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources aligned with operational requirements.
  • Developing and implementing quality plans in line with job cycle processes.
  • Ensuring teams understand contract and quotation requirements to support accurate execution and revenue realization.
  • Monitoring and managing budgets and Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned area.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Supporting the development of team members through training, competency programs, and career progression planning.
