Service Delivery Driver/Warehouse – DataCom Solutions

At Kirby Risk Datacom Solutions, our Drivers and Warehouse Associates ensure customers receive their products safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll support both warehouse operations and deliveries by ensuring materials are received, stored, picked, and delivered with customer service excellence in mind.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Valid For Hire License and good driving record
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and organization
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and customer communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform and retain various skill related tasks, training and operations
• Must have legal status that enables you to work in the U.S. We cannot obtain sponsorship.
• Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Load and unload electrical and mechanical apparatus to customers in accordance with delivery schedules, route assignments, emergency rush delivery and pickup
• Guarantee the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of in and out bound shipments, maintaining load security, proper weight distribution, and shipment integrity
• Observe and communicate key information from the field to supervisors and internal teams
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; document discrepancies in accordance with established processes
• Perform operational activities aligned with customer demand and business needs including receiving, order picking, packing, staging/loading, and counter sales
• Complete required delivery documentation, including obtaining signatures and photo verification, ensuring proof of delivery and transaction accuracy
• Represent Kirby Risk with professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
