About The Position

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking a full-time, highly motivated, mission-driven, team-oriented professional to serve as our Service Delivery Director. We are seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead and oversee the Aquatics department, which includes the supervision of staff. A primary continued focus of this role will be the growth of aquatics programming and over-all branch membership, aiming to enhance our community impact and organizational reach. This position will be located at the Northside YMCA.

Requirements

At least two years of aquatics management experience
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrate the ability to successfully create and run programs
Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with members and staff
Attention to detail
Leadership skills
Current CPR-Pro, AED, First Aid, 02, and YMCA/Red Cross/Ellis lifeguard certifications

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree
YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification and experience
Trainer-level and water fitness certifications
