About The Position

The Service Delivery Coordinator will provide on-site support for service delivery challenges and provide leadership for 24/7 emergency response readiness. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining 24/7 readiness to deploy to rig/well sites for emergencies, providing on-site support for service delivery challenges, including equipment failures and client troubleshooting, conducting proactive field audits on crew adherence to SOPs, contributing to projects as a team member, managing long-term equipment readiness for upcoming projects and new startups, acting as the focal point between Engineering, AMO, and Readiness teams for high-profile job planning, ensuring "Lessons Learned" are not just recorded but physically applied to every job, coordinating directly with Supervisors post-job to capture and institutionalize operational improvements, and following and recording internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Have 5+ years of experience in Thru-Tubing, Fishing, Completions or Coil Tubing.
• Have extensive, demonstrable experience navigating standard practices, safety protocols, and quality requirements for field execution.
• Proven ability to manage equipment contingencies and maintain client confidence under pressure.
• A "boots-on-the-ground" approach to auditing and coaching before issues arise.
• Valid work authorization in the country of employment.

Nice To Haves

• 5 Years of Oilfield experience in: Thru-Tubing Fishing, Conventional Fishing, Completion Packers, Coil Tubing
• Strong computer skills

Responsibilities
