About The Position
Baker Hughes is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to provide on-site support for service delivery challenges and leadership for 24/7 emergency response readiness. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction in the oilfield services industry. The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for field leadership, emergency response, audit and compliance, equipment and project readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Thru-Tubing, Fishing, Completions or Coil Tubing.
- Extensive, demonstrable experience navigating standard practices, safety protocols, and quality requirements for field execution.
- Proven ability to manage equipment contingencies and maintain client confidence under pressure.
- A "boots-on-the-ground" approach to auditing and coaching before issues arise.
- Strong computer skills.
- Valid work authorization in the country of employment.
Nice To Haves
- 5 Years of Oilfield experience in: Thru-Tubing Fishing, Conventional Fishing, Completion Packers, Coil Tubing.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for service delivery challenges, including equipment failures and client troubleshooting.
- Maintain 24/7 readiness to deploy to rig/well sites for emergencies.
- Conduct proactive field audits on crew adherence to SOPs.
- Contribute to projects as a team member.
- Manage long-term equipment readiness for upcoming projects and new startups.
- Act as the focal point between Engineering, AMO, and Readiness teams for high-profile job planning.
- Ensure "Lessons Learned" are captured and applied to every job.
- Coordinate directly with Supervisors post-job to capture and institutionalize operational improvements.
- Follow and record internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
