Open Door Group (ODG), a mission-driven non-profit organization serving communities across Alberta and British Columbia, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator who enjoys creating organized systems, coordinating people and information, and helping teams deliver exceptional service to clients and employers. This is an opportunity to play a central role in supporting high-quality employment services by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining valuable workforce information, supporting employer engagement activities, and ensuring staff have the resources they need to deliver meaningful outcomes. The Service Delivery Coordinator provides coordinated administrative, research, reporting, and service navigation support that helps employers, clients, and staff experience responsive, well-organized services. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role works closely with Employer Services Consultants and other service delivery staff to coordinate appointments, workshops, employer events, reporting, labour market information, and service documentation.
