Requirements

Highly organized with a keen sense of details.
Great listening and communication skills.
Ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using various equipment.
Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment.
Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
The work environment is typical of a retail store. The noise level ranges from quiet to loud.
The Service Deli is cooler than most areas however when preparing food, you will be in a hot environment.
Minimal sitting is required.

Responsibilities

Maintaining hot food display cases and preparing food as needed in the kitchen according to recipes provided by the Executive Chef.
Responding to customer questions in an effective manner.
Stocking products and maintaining product displays according to merchandising standards.
Performing basic department cleaning upkeep, including but not limited to pots, pans, & utensils.
Following safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for customers.
Assisting customers with their orders for a variety of deli services.
Working well as part of a team.
Performing other duties as assigned or required.
