Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to frequently lift, maneuver and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
Must have TB Clearance.
Must comply with all company policies and requirements.

Food handling/prep experience.

Responsibilities

Preparing, slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing, and merchandising the department’s deli products (Deli products include deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, gourmet and hot case items).
Informing customers about our deli products and services.
Increasing sales by handing out food samples and recommending additional items to customers.
Working with equipment like fryers and slicers and using store intercoms to announce special promotions and weekly specials.
