About The Position

This role involves processing incoming calls from Crown customers and Service Technicians, dispatching technicians, entering technician payroll hours, processing parts and service billing, creating daily work orders, maintaining records and files, and assisting other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Excellent phone skills
  • Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills, technical experience and knowledge a plus
  • Ability to multitask
