About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Service Customer Care Representative. This role involves processing incoming calls from customers and service technicians, dispatching technicians, entering technician payroll hours, processing parts and service billing, creating daily work orders, maintaining records, and assisting other departments as needed. Requirements

Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask
