About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Service Customer Care Representative. This role involves processing incoming calls from customers and service technicians, dispatching technicians, entering technician payroll hours, processing parts and service billing, creating daily work orders, maintaining records, and assisting other departments as needed. Crown Equipment Corporation operates globally with numerous manufacturing facilities and retail locations, providing comprehensive material handling solutions and support services.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask
  • Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service Technicians
