About The Position

On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team in Gilbert, AZ! We are a fast-growing property management company focused on customer service, communication, and technology. As an integral part of the On Q flow, Service Coordinators help to facilitate property maintenance and work order requests alongside the assigned Property Manager.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service Champion
Strong multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
6+ months of experience in a customer service, coordination, or dispatch role

Nice To Haves

Active AZ Real Estate License preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate with 3rd party vendors, owners, and residents
Respond within expected timeframes to all emails and voicemails
Answer inbound calls per call and answer rate expectations
Manage vendor relationships and drive competitive pricing to ensure quality standards are met
Present estimates to clients and receive bid approvals
Monitor and facilitate work orders up until the point of completion
Ensure work orders and/or projects are completed promptly
Update and monitor dashboards for new and existing work orders
Other duties as assigned
