About The Position

RoyalAire Mechanical Services has immediate openings for experienced and motivated Service Coordinators to join their team. RoyalAire is a full-service mechanical contractor established in 1987, with capabilities in sheet metal, piping, plumbing, and service. They specialize in commercial, institutional, and industrial applications, offering design/build, design-assist, schematic budgeting, and logistics planning. Their service division handles all types of systems, including chilled water and refrigeration, through service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and on-call repairs. They also provide indoor air quality testing and duct cleaning services.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• High quality organizational skills
• The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
• The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• 1-3 years of industry experience or related customer service experience required
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
