About The Position

W. Leo Daniels Towers is a 99-unit independent living community serving elderly residents and persons with disabilities. As the Service Coordinator, you are the on-site advocate who helps residents access the services and resources they need to continue living independently — healthcare, benefits, meal programs, transportation, and social connections. This position is funded through HUD’s Service Coordinators in Multifamily Housing (SCMF) program and is dedicated entirely to resident well-being. This role requires a regular on-site presence with flexibility for some administrative work to be completed offsite. The Service Coordinator does not perform property management functions (rent collection, lease enforcement, maintenance, or administrative tasks for the management company). This separation is required by HUD.
