Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, coordination, or administration
  • Exposure to warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory is an asset
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working across systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, team-first mindset - you’re willing to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate service calls to meet customer needs
  • Support technicians with tools, equipment, and job readiness
  • Manage work orders, purchase orders, and customer records
  • Process invoicing and maintain accurate documentation
  • Deliver a high level of customer service across all touchpoints
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment and customer orders
  • Help unload deliveries and organize incoming stock
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for service jobs and shipments
  • Support inventory counts and maintain warehouse organization and safety
