About The Position

Jim Pattison Lexus Victoria has a new opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients. The Service Coordinator is responsible for greeting all service customers, directing them to the appropriate team members while providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality.
Extremely dependable and punctual.
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers and guests.
Data entry skills.
Successful candidates must complete a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.

Nice To Haves

Previous Customer Service experience is considered an asset.
Experience with CDK System an asset.

Responsibilities

Greeting all service customers and directing them to the appropriate team members.
Answering calls and returning missed calls promptly and courteously.
Attending and completing training courses directed by management.
Taking payments from customers, issuing receipts, and closing work orders.
Submitting warranty claims and creating cases as per manufacturer policy and guidelines.
Maintaining the service appointment system.
Assisting the service department by performing clerical or secretarial tasks.
