About The Position

We are seeking a Service Coordinator that will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the branch by coordinating service activities, assisting customers, supporting technicians, and helping ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. This role serves as a key operational resource for the branch and works closely with office staff, technicians, and management to support scheduling, customer communication, billing, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fire alarm and sprinkler industry and be capable of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced service environment.

Requirements

  • Fire alarm and/or sprinkler industry experience preferred
  • Experience in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, service operations, billing, invoicing, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and service management software

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with invoicing, job costing, billing coordination, or accounting-related functions is a plus
  • Experience with quoting or proposal preparation is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and assist with service requests
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and inspections
  • Coordinate customer communication and follow-up
  • Assist with invoicing, job closeout, and documentation review
  • Support fire alarm repair quoting and proposal preparation
  • Coordinate customer access, permits, and scheduling requirements
  • Maintain accurate service records and customer information
  • Support technicians and branch management with day-to-day operational needs
  • Assist with reporting, compliance documentation, and special projects as needed
