About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Operations Center team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently multitask while communicating with multiple departments and dealerships. No two days are the same in our Operations Center, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining a positive attitude is key to success. Your role actually has upward mobility, with opportunities in lead positions, training, operations support, CRM management, and cross-department opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience with multi-line phone systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to all service requests
• Coordinate appointments with all teams to ensure timely repairs for customers
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications
• Understand and implement the dealership processes
• Become familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
