About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage and streamline service operations for our HVAC control systems. This role serves as the central point of communication between customers, field technicians, and internal departments—ensuring every service call is scheduled efficiently, handled promptly, and followed through with accuracy and professionalism. Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are required to effectively support our clients, technicians, and internal teams. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or service coordination (HVAC industry preferred).
  • Proficient with scheduling platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to keep things moving and keep people informed.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure, team-driven environment.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HVAC systems or building automation is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-service call process—from intake and scheduling to auditing and invoicing.
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC control systems.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, providing timely updates and resolving service-related questions.
  • Coordinate closely with the service team to meet project timelines and prioritize urgent calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service requests, calls, and customer communications in the company database.
  • Collaborate with technicians and leadership to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  • Support compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide administrative support including reporting and tracking key service metrics.
