About The Position

Family of Kidz has brought together highly qualified teams of professionals who work diligently to help children with special needs, from birth to adulthood. Our focus is on establishing a strong understanding of each child’s needs and teaching them skills that lead to greater independence and an enhanced quality of life. This role is responsible for inputting new student information, processing and scheduling referrals, updating student information, creating new enrollments, auditing existing enrollments, creating child files, and saving documentation to correct files. The position may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years office experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter is a must!

Responsibilities

  • Input of new students demo information
  • Assist in processing and scheduling referrals for clinic based services
  • Updating correct demo info for existing students
  • Creating new enrollments
  • Auditing existing enrollments for correct dates, location, etc.
  • Creating child files within student register for each new school year
  • Saving documentation to correct files as needed
  • Cleanup projects in Claims
