Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience in a hands-on industry like plumbing, HVAC, repair, or pools/spas.
Strong organizational and time-management skills — you love checking things off your list.
Solid computer skills (especially Microsoft Office).
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
A proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily schedules for our service technicians and communicate updates to customers.
Input and organize service tickets — making sure every detail is accurate.
Be the friendly voice customers call for scheduling and billing questions.
Order parts, PVC, and hardware needed for service jobs.
Support warehouse organization and keep tools and equipment in order.
Help manage winter cover logistics and repairs.
Work closely with our service and renovation teams to keep projects on track.
